个人简介

男,教授,生于198311月。2015年度南京理工大学“青年拔尖人才”,2017年度“江苏省双创人才”。主要从事铁性材料及其智能传感与能源转换器件的研究,具体包括:柔性铁电、压电材料与微纳传感器件,磁电子材料与非制冷磁场传感器、铁电半导体及光能源器件以及面向极端服役环境的压电子材料与器件的研究工作。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目以及中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目等研究课题6,并参与国家自然科学基金重大项目一项(承担经费80万)。共发表包括Advanced Materials, Materials today, Nano Energy, ACS Nano, Physical Revew Applied, Physical Review B, Applied Physical LettersSCI学术论文83篇,被引用1650余次,H因子为22。受Materials TodayPhilosophical Transactions of the Royal Society (A) 邀请,撰写关于磁电异质结材料及磁电传感器噪声机理与抑制的长篇综述两篇。申请中国发明专利2件,授权发明专利1件。此外,受邀担任国际上著名材料物理类杂志的长期审稿人,为Advanced MaterialsAdvanced Electronic MaterialsApplied Physics Letters等二十余种国际刊物审稿90余次。
