个人简介

陈翔,南京理工大学材料学院教授、院长助理,新型显示材料与器件工信部重点实验室常务副主任,二维电子材料与器件课题组组长。2005年,本科毕业于山东科技大学理学院应用物理学专业。2009年,硕士毕业于山东科技大学材料学院材料学专业,导师为李惠琪教授。2014年,博士毕业于北京科技大学材料学院材料物理与化学专业,导师为张跃院士。2014-2018年,获韩国政府BK21项目资助,在韩国延世大学电气与电子工程学院从事博士后、研究教授工作,合作导师为Jong-Hyun Ahn教授和John A. Rogers院士。

 

2018年,入选南理工青年拔尖人才选聘计划2020年,入选山东省重点扶持区域引进急需紧缺人才项目(重点项目)。2021年,入选江苏省高层次创新创业人才引进计划(双创人才)。研究领域:新型二维电子材料的晶圆级可控合成及在集成、柔性、生物电子学器件中的应用。主持基金委重大研究计划-培育项目等6项,累计科研经费379万元;参与国家重大研究计划等6项,累计科研经费4942万元。授权中韩国家发明专利7项,在Nat. Commun.Adv. Mater.等期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,总引用1700余次,H因子21
